I’ve been commissioned by Spazju Kreattiv, Malta’s National Centre for Creativity, to create an artwork for Malta’s national art collection!
Spazju Kreattiv is celebrating its 25th anniversary with an exhibition titled “Nurturing Legacy Through Art” and has commissioned four artists to each create a work. It’s a huge honour to be selected alongside phenomenal Maltese artists Vince Briffa, Paul Scerri and James Micallef Grimaud.
LEGACY is a sculpture made from copper and Maltese limestone.
I am very pleased to have been asked to contribute my work for this milestone event, and to have it shown in an exhibition space that holds such a special place in my heart. The exhibition showcases each artist in turn and my artwork will be on view at Spazju Kreattiv in Valletta April 16 – May 24, 2026. The inauguration takes place at St James Cavalier on Thursday April 16 at 7pm.
